Mother's Day Craft Show
VERY IMPORTANT this show is being held in a NEW location
The East Brunswick Jewish Center

Due to the location of this event NO food can be brought into the building, including your lunch, unless it is in a sealed package and kosher certified "OU" or "OK". There will be food available, for purchase, for breakfast and lunch.

Food vendors - if you make your products your company must be kosher certified, "OU" or "OK", and a
copy of your certificate needs to be included with your application.

Upon receipt of your application you will receive an email from SignNow. It will direct you in how to sign the Waiver. Your application will NOT be considered complete without your signature.   2. fill in the information

  3. click "save as" and save file with a new name.

  4. email it back to us -- it is that easy

Payment options:
We would like payment to be made through PayPal. See instructions below. If you do not have a PayPal account or you aren't comfortable with using it you are welcome to make out a check.

Checks (no starter checks) and Money orders –
Please make them out to: Treazure Scapes, LLC and Mail to: 12 Margaret Place, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
There will be a $30 charge for returned checks.

PayPal - AVOID FEES - Please follow these instructions very carefully.

2.  Put in your email address and ours (info@treazurescapes.com) and the amount you are sending ie. $45.

 

3.  You will now be asked to log into your account.

 

4.  If you are making payment from your checking account it will be free for this transaction. If you choose to pay by credit/debit you will be responsible for the fee.

5.  At this time you can click send money. You are also able to change your method of payment at this time.

6.  Very important! If the email address and/or name you are using to send payment is different than the email address and/or name you listed on this application please make sure you let us know. Put a message in the message section, before you click send, as to who the payment is for so you get credit for the payment.  

Personal Checks will not be accepted after the date given on the application. Any payment made after this date has to be either through PayPal, a Money Order, a Certified Check or Cash. Payment must be received before the day of the show. Sorry we are not accepting payment at the door.
